Great Wolf Lodge
The Great Wolf Lodge California opened in late 2015. Located in Garden Grove, this location marks the company’s first location in California, as well as the first indoor water park of any kind in the State. At 121,000 square feet, the water park is one of the biggest in the Great Wolf portfolio and among the biggest indoor water parks in the world.

Kilroy Realty, 2100 Kettner
2100 Kettner is a new mixed-use development in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego. It features 219,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of retail space, food and beverage vendors, retailers, and fitness facilities. The LEED certified project also offers outdoor terraces, an indoor/outdoor lobby, and 280 parking spaces.

Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort
This project encompassed 307,230 gross-square-foot expansion and renovation to The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel, in Huntington Beach. The addition added 152 new hotel rooms to the existing 290-guestroom hotel and the renovation work on the existing hotel included remodeling the lobby and porte co·chère spaces.

FedEx, Chino
The new FedEx parcel facility is situated just east of the Chino airport. Creating nearly 700 jobs, the 505,000-square-foot facility sits on 74.4 acres of former dairy farm. The new facility includes a gateway building, a maintenance building, and two guardhouses. It also features a $100 million state-of-the-art conveyor system.

Westfield Topanga & The Village
The Village is the first in the West Valley to be a pedestrian-friendly, open-air environment, rather than a climate-controlled enclosed mall. It will be anchored by a Costco which is planned to be single level with mezzanine and will be approximately 153,000 square feet.

UTC Residential Tower
Located in the University City section of the city, near UC an Diego, the UTC Residential Tower consists of a 23 story apartment building with three levels of subterranean podium parking. Included in the scope of work during construction were 300 residential units, 497 parking spots, a rooftop sky lounge, dining, a pool and spa, outdoor amenities, and a gym. Residents have access to 24 hour concierge services.

UCLA Health Training Center
Previously headquartered at the nearby Toyota Center, the Los Angeles Lakers headquarters moved to a new 120,000s square foot, LEED Gold-certified facility that sits on five acres in the City of El Segundo. Construction began in 2015 to provide a player practice facility, as well as office space for the team’s business operations. The project consisted of the construction of a two story, structural steel facility.

The Forum Renovation
Built in 1968 and designed by Charles Luckman (who also designed Madison Square Garden), The Forum is one of LA’s largest concert venues, and has been home to several sports teams.The $70 million Forum Renovation project in 2013 consisted of selective demolition, and installation of new tenant improvements and site improvements to the existing building and surrounding areas.

The Boardwalk in Irvine is located on 7.5-acre lot and features two, nine-story towers connected by four bridgeways and open terraces. The buildings themselves offer 545,000 square feet of premier office space with high ceilings and glass walls.

Terraces at Copley Point
Located atop a mesa above San Clemente Canyon, the Terraces at Copley Point is a corporate office development, consisting of two 6-story buildings with an office plaza and parking structure. The large office plaza, over 55,00 square feet in area, includes two unique stone water features, and many stone clad low walls provide many opportunities for people to sit, converse, dine, and rest in the shade, as well as plenty of outdoor space for larger company functions and festivities.

Sony 8-Story Office Building
Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. constructed a 236,269 square foot, eight-story office building which houses offices, conference rooms, and support areas, as well as a 6,500-square-feet of commissary, and 2,500-square-feet of museum on the ground floor.

California Science Center Ph III – Samuel Oschin Air and Space Center
This project involves the construction of a permanent exhibit of the Space Shuttle Endeavour in Exposition Park, near downtown Los Angeles. The exhibit structure is comprised of 205,000-square-foot of new construction. There are two primary program components to the project: the Air Gallery and the Shuttle Hall, along with related demolition, site preparation and site improvements.

AVA Hollywood
AVA Hollywood is a podium-type mixed-use development, consisting of a 5-story residential building featuring 695 apartments, over 25,000 square feet of street-level commercial space, and more than 2 levels of basement parking.

Atlas Capital, Alameda Square Parking Structure
Located in Los Angeles’ historic Fashion District, the Alameda Square Parking Structure was built to provide parking for a group of 100-year-old buildings. The 10-story, 3,884 stall garage was erected with 60,000 yards of cast-in-place concrete. The design components featured conventional foundations, cast-in-place walls, reinforced concrete at the elevator bank, as well as shear walls, columns, beams, upturned spandrels, reinforced masonry interior and exterior walls at the stairs, equipment rooms and electrical rooms, and prestress/post-tensioned concrete decks.

520 Ash, Little Italy
520 Ash is a 24-story mixed-use tower that was constructed on the northwest corner of Columbia and Ash in Little Italy. The building includes 5 levels of underground parking, 4,943 square feet of commercial space at ground level, 3 additional levels of above-ground parking, and 19 levels of residential units.

3033 Wilshire Boulevard
Located on Los Angeles’s historic Wilshire Boulevard, this 18-story mixed-use project consists of 190 new residential units in the area between LA’s Koreatown and Westlake neighborhoods. The building features 5,500 SF of ground-level retail and amenities and four levels of above-grade parking.

Skechers Warehouse
The 1.8 million square foot Skechers warehouse is located off Highway 60 in Moreno Valley. The construction of this warehouse was part of the first phase of the 200 acre Highland Fairview Corporate Park.

Petersen Automotive Museum
The Petersen Automotive Museum is located along Museum Row in the Miracle Mile neighborhood of Los Angeles. One of the world’s largest automotive museums, the Petersen Automotive Museum is a nonprofit organization specializing in automobile history and related educational programs. In 2015, the museum underwent an extensive $125 million renovation.

Otay Mesa Detention Center
This design-build project included the new construction of a privately funded, 350,000 square-foot detention facility consisting of one-story and two-story structures. The center features 1,492 total beds, support services, perimeter fence, detection, roads and lighting, and staff and visitor parking. The structural roof system utilized long span structural steel frame with steel joists and metal roof deck, while the floor system is comprised of a structural steel frame with concrete on metal deck. The two story housing units are a combination of precast concrete modules and precast concrete walls. The overall building lateral system is intermediate precast concrete shear walls.

Orange County Great Park & Ice Rink
The Orange County Great Park is a public park located in Irvine, California with a focus on sports, agriculture, and the arts. The Great Park Ice Rink Project consisted of the construction of a 280,000 square foot ice rink and sports complex, featuring four rinks, able to accommodate various activities. One rink includes stadium style seating for 2,500.

One Paseo
The One Paseo project consisted of the construction of 10 retail buildings which have a typical shallow foundation system, 5-inch cast-in-place concrete slab on-grade with wood framing, high strength steel columns and miscellaneous steel framing.

Next Century Partners, Century Plaza Hotel
The $2.5 billion Century Plaza is a highly anticipated project that will boost the walking ability of Century City, and includes the addition of a public plaza that will extend to Avenue of the Stars. The project is planned near a future stop along the Purple Line subway, making the area appealing to pedestrians. The redevelopment will include refurbishing the hotel, and adding 63 residences.

Landmark II Residential Tower
Landmark II is a 412,950 square foot Class-A office building located in the heart of the Brentwood/Wilshire corridor. Standing at 34 stories high, Landmark II features a modern glass and stone exterior, accentuated by granite and marble interior finishes. The lobby features a cascading waterfall and contemporary art to create a sophisticated business setting. The apartments opened in 2020, and features amenities such as a swimming pool and pool deck, a fitness center, lounge, recreation room, and bicycle storage area.

Wilshire Grand
Previously the site of the 16-story Wilshire Grand Hotel, this structure was developed by Korean Air into what is now the tallest building west of the Mississippi. At 73 stories, Wilshire Grand Center features five levels of underground parking, convention space, office suites, and a 900-room hotel. This groundbreaking project was one of the most talked about in Southern California and infused over a billion dollars into the Los Angeles economy.

LA Stadium, NFL Media Building, & Parking Structure
The Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park is transforming the site of the former Hollywood Park Racetrack to a year-round sports and entertainment destination. This will be the new “must-see” entertainment destination and gathering spot in the center of the Los Angeles basin. This monumental project covers 298 acres, located two miles off the I-405, one and a half miles off the I-105, and four miles from Los Angeles International Airport.

This project consists of a 58 story, concrete framed structure with the signature core sub-structure. Encompassing nearly 800,000 square feet, including a multi-level substructure, 960 West 7th Street will contain approximately 784 residential units. The estimated construction schedule covers nearly 33 months, with construction commencing in May 2019.

Galey Homes, Vale View Estates
The Vale View Estates project consists of a housing track featuring a neighborhood of homes on 1/2 acre cul-de-sac lots. The community is located just off I-78 in Vista. The homes are up to 3,421 square feet, featuring four beds, three and a half baths, outdoor living spaces, open floor plans, great rooms, and large kitchens.

This 40-story, 283 unit, Risk Level 2 residential tower is located in Century City, at 10000 Santa Monica Blvd.

Waldorf-Astoria Hotel
The 12-story luxury hotel featured 170 guest rooms, plus storefronts with luxury retail. This project had two parts, the hotel and residential components. The hotel featured four acres of open space and “secret” gardens, as well as a three-story lobby with murals of California landscapes, and a large clock similar to the one in the Waldorf Astoria in New York. Part two of this project included two condo towers and consisted of 110 units. Tower one reached 18-stories and began construction as the hotel finishes.

Riverpark – The Collection & The Landing
The Riverpark is an $800 million mixed-use project in Oxnard, California. Essentially a “mini city,” Riverpark is the largest of its kind in Ventura County history. Featuring over 1,000 apartment homes, dozens of retail shops and restaurants, hotels, and more, Riverpark has completely revitalized the north Oxnard area.

Columbia Business Park Ph II
Columbia Business Park is a Class A, 1.46 million-square-foot speculative industrial development in Riverside, Calif., by Washington Capital Management Inc., advisor to property owner Operating Engineers Pension Trust, Local 12. The construction project includes the development of three buildings on the 72-acre campus.

Pacific Development, Reno Ballpark Apartments
The Reno Ballpark Apartments Projects consists of the design and construction of a 5-story-high, multi-family building with about 500,000 square feet of gross floor area. The building will include multi-family units of various configurations on each floor, some retail space on the ground floor, and a portion with parking in each floor plus the roof level (i.e., 6 parking levels in the parking garage portions of the building).

The Launch
This project is an apartment building consisting of 360 multifamily dwelling units and 416 off-street parking spots in an off-site Type I construction parking garage. There will be an on-site leasing office for management of residents and future residents, four (4) interior courtyards with pool, spa, dog runs, kitchenettes, fire pits and lounge seating. The project is a part of the Alameda master plan.

2nd & PCH
Situated on the southwest corner of a prominent intersection in the City of Long Beach, the 2nd and PCH development will bring retail and restaurants as part of a 245,000 open air retail center which includes paseos and outdoor seating and common areas. The project will consist of 95,000 square feet of retail space, 70,000 square feet of restaurant space, and a 25,000 square foot fitness club.

This 1.5M-square-foot project consists of the construction of two, 37-story, reinforced concrete, pre-stress/post-tensioned mid-rise residential towers. The towers will sit on an eight -story platform of retail, electronic signage, and parking.
