Brookfield Properties, 960 West 7th Street

This project consists of a 58 story, concrete framed structure with the signature core sub-structure. Encompassing nearly 800,000 square feet, including a multi-level substructure, 960 West 7th Street will contain approximately 784 residential units. The estimated construction schedule covers nearly 33 months, with construction commencing in May 2019.

Twining is providing materials testing, geotechnical, and geo-instrumentation services. These include settlement and movement monitoring of the shoring system. We are surveying/monitoring on a weekly basis per project documents, and providing the data to the project team, including the GEOR and shoring engineer.
