Standing at 34 stories high, Landmark II features a modern glass and stone exterior, accentuated by granite and marble interior finishes. The lobby features a cascading waterfall and contemporary art to create a sophisticated business setting. The apartments opened in 2020, and features amenities such as a swimming pool and pool deck, a fitness center, lounge, recreation room, and bicycle storage area. Twining provided testing and inspection of the concrete foundation, shotcrete, rebar, structural steel welding, drilled-in-anchors, post-tensioned deck, and modulus of elasticity.
