Skechers Warehouse

The 1.8 million square foot Skechers warehouse is located off Highway 60 in Moreno Valley. The construction of this warehouse was part of the first phase of the 200 acre Highland Fairview Corporate Park.

Twining provided testing and inspection services during construction of the warehouse. Our scope of services were broken out by area into the following organization:

• Area A: Welding of the wall panels, welding of the roofing support system and the brace framing, diaphragm nailing and roofing inspection, and concrete pour backs inspection
• Area B: Roofing inspection, concrete pour backs inspection
• Area C: Welding of the roofing support system and brace framing, diaphragm nailing and roofing inspection, concrete pour backs and lobby slab inspection, fireproofing, welding and concrete inspection of the mezzanine area
