This healthcare project located in Moreno Valley featured a hospital expansion includes a new seismically separated two-level Diagnostic and Treatment (D&T) building. The D&T building will be steel framed with composite metal decks, and lateral systems include ConX® Tech bolted moment frame connections. The lower level is a half basement and utilizes special concrete shear walls.

The new Irvine Campus Medical Center (ICMC) joins the UCI Health Center for Advanced Care to create a full-service academic health complex to the University’s north campus. Featuring health gardens, nature-scapes, and research preserve, this $1.3 billion ground up hospital and medical complex will support students and the community. It will be home of the Center for Children’s Health, wellness programs, urgent and emergency care, specialty disciplines, research and clinical trials, and lifesaving surgical and acute care.

The replacement tower project consists of a nine-story hospital building and a total planned area of 310,000 square feet. The tower will provide an initial 96 patient beds, with two-shelled floors to add an additional 64 beds. The plan further reflects 28 emergency treatment rooms, 10 operation rooms, 2 cath labs, 2 endoscopy procedure rooms, 8 imaging modalities, and required administration and clinical support facilities.

The Riverpark is an $800 million mixed-use project in Oxnard, California. Essentially a “mini city,” Riverpark is the largest of its kind in Ventura County history. Featuring over 1,000 apartment homes, dozens of retail shops and restaurants, hotels, and more, Riverpark has completely revitalized the north Oxnard area.

Columbia Business Park is a Class A, 1.46 million-square-foot speculative industrial development in Riverside, Calif., by Washington Capital Management Inc., advisor to property owner Operating Engineers Pension Trust, Local 12. The construction project includes the development of three buildings on the 72-acre campus.

The Reno Ballpark Apartments Projects consists of the design and construction of a 5-story-high, multi-family building with about 500,000 square feet of gross floor area. The building will include multi-family units of various configurations on each floor, some retail space on the ground floor, and a portion with parking in each floor plus the roof level (i.e., 6 parking levels in the parking garage portions of the building).

This project is an apartment building consisting of 360 multifamily dwelling units and 416 off-street parking spots in an off-site Type I construction parking garage. There will be an on-site leasing office for management of residents and future residents, four (4) interior courtyards with pool, spa, dog runs, kitchenettes, fire pits and lounge seating. The project is a part of the Alameda master plan.

Situated on the southwest corner of a prominent intersection in the City of Long Beach, the 2nd and PCH development will bring retail and restaurants as part of a 245,000 open air retail center which includes paseos and outdoor seating and common areas. The project will consist of 95,000 square feet of retail space, 70,000 square feet of restaurant space, and a 25,000 square foot fitness club.

The project includes the construction of a new two-story academic building, which will house a kitchen, dining room and cafe, entry lobby, career center for student support services, classrooms and meeting rooms for student read/study and tutorial space, as well as a learning commons area.
