Located in Los Angeles’ historic Fashion District, the Alameda Square Parking Structure was built to provide parking for a group of 100-year-old buildings. The 10-story, 3,884 stall garage was erected with 60,000 yards of cast-in-place concrete. The design components featured conventional foundations, cast-in-place walls, reinforced concrete at the elevator bank, as well as shear walls, columns, beams, upturned spandrels, reinforced masonry interior and exterior walls at the stairs, equipment rooms and electrical rooms, and prestress/post-tensioned concrete decks.

520 Ash is a 24-story mixed-use tower that was constructed on the northwest corner of Columbia and Ash in Little Italy. The building includes 5 levels of underground parking, 4,943 square feet of commercial space at ground level, 3 additional levels of above-ground parking, and 19 levels of residential units.

Located on Los Angeles’s historic Wilshire Boulevard, this 18-story mixed-use project consists of 190 new residential units in the area between LA’s Koreatown and Westlake neighborhoods. The building features 5,500 SF of ground-level retail and amenities and four levels of above-grade parking.

The 1.8 million square foot Skechers warehouse is located off Highway 60 in Moreno Valley. The construction of this warehouse was part of the first phase of the 200 acre Highland Fairview Corporate Park.

Shoreline Gateway sits at the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Alamitos Avenue. It holda 315 “ultra-luxury” apartments—a mix of studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 580 square feet to 2,480 square feet.

Sharp Chula Vista cares for more than 90,000 patients every year and has the highest per capital occupancy of any hospital in San Diego County. With the completion of this new tower, Sharp HealthCare has invested $300 million since 2012 in new health care facilities to better serve the people of the South Bay.

San Diego State University is renovating its collection of campus performing arts centers. These projects have multiple components that are being completed simultaneously. The first component includes the renovation of the campus’s 450-seet Main Stage. When complete, the Main Stage will have improved sightlines, provide inclusive access, upgraded seating, and state-of-the-art acoustic finishes.

The Scripps Health La Jolla Hospital Towers are part of the healthcare giants 25-year facility’s master plan. With patients at the front of mind, the plan includes a new hospital (Tower 2) in addition to research and graduate medical education facilities, and medical offices designed to meet the needs of the San Diego region.

We are providing rain event monitoring, reporting and sample and analysis for Scripps Health, a risk level 2 project encompassing 10 acres located in San Diego. We are responsible for the following: Pre-Rain and REAP Inspection: Our staff walks the project with the General Contractor two days prior to a NOAA forecasted 50%, or greater, chance of precipitation.
