Sammy Daghighi, PE, has over 30 years of professional expertise in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and construction management. His background includes extensive experience in construction quality assurance, quality control, deep foundation specialty engineering, and geotechnical engineering operations management. Over his three decades as a civil engineer, Sammy has worked on a broad range project types from K-12 and community colleges to public works and infrastructure projects for agencies such as municipal water systems, bridges, roadways and ports, built to a wide range of specifications including FHWA, USACE, Caltrans, and DSA.
