Eugene Raymundo brings over 35 years of technical expertise to Twining. An integral member of our Applied Engineering and Research department, Eugene oversees our Condition Evaluation Services division. Eugene’s role with project teams includes collaboration with the Project Inspector of Record, structural engineer, and other parties as appropriate to go over all project related documents and develop a cost-effective approach for providing our services.
