LA Metro, Airport Metro Connector (AMC)

This two-year $478-million Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority (LACMTA) project aims to reduce traffic congestion to the busy Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) by providing users with better public transportation options. The new connector will allow riders to transfer efficiently from the airport the Metro network.

The AMC includes a light rail station, bus plaza, bicycle parking, customer service center, and passenger pick-up and drop-off area. It will also offer direct connection the future LAX Automated People Mover when it is completed.
