Galey Homes, Vale View Estates

The Vale View Estates project consists of a housing track featuring a neighborhood of homes on 1/2 acre cul-de-sac lots. The community is located just off I-78 in Vista. The homes are up to 3,421 square feet, featuring four beds, three and a half baths, outdoor living spaces, open floor plans, great rooms, and large kitchens.

The entire project is approximately 4.34 acres in size and was required to obtain a WDID under the Construction General Permit, Order No. 2009-0009-DWQ.

Twining provides stormwater monitoring services. We have served as QSP since the project inception, providing inspections during grading and throughout construction. Our scope of work includes the following activities:

• Bi-Weekly QSP Site Monitoring
• Quarterly SWPPP Inspection
• Annual Report Submitted Via SMARTS
• Pre-/During/Post-Rain Event Monitoring and Sampling
