Long Beach, CA (June 28, 2023) – Twining, Inc. announced two promotions. Steve Schiffer is now Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Mariel Attento Rhorer is now the firm’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). These new roles are a reflection of both Steve and Mariel’s dedication to Twining as well as the firm’s commitment to being a leading provider in engineering consulting services.

Steve joined Twining nearly 20 years ago and in that time, has consistently been a lead revenue driver for the firm. Robert M. Ryan, Owner and CEO, spoke on Steve’s passion, saying “He’s been a mentor for many of our people and his industry presence is huge. Steve has been deeply involved in all discussions around what to sell, to whom to sell it, how to price it, and all aspects of revenue production for Twining. I’m proud to recognize this with his new title and expanded role and I know Steve is excited to have the opportunity to put his knowledge and skills to work in that role.” In his new role, Steve will take on continue to provide mentorship to the sales team while also taking on new responsibilities that focus on Twining’s future and strategic initiatives.

Mariel joined Twining, Inc. in 2014 and has consistently exhibited exceptional professionalism, a strong work ethic, and an enthusiasm for excellence. Of Mariel, Rob says “Mariel demonstrates an unwavering commitment to our company’s mission and values. This promotion is a testament to her exceptional abilities and the invaluable contributions she has made to Twining, Inc. We are confident that she will excel as the Chief Strategy Officer, and we look forward to her continued success.” As CSO, Mariel will use her passion for new technologies and acquisition strategies to drive Twining’s growth goals.
