Next Century Partners, Century Plaza Hotel

The $2.5 billion Century Plaza is a highly anticipated project that will boost the walking ability of Century City, and includes the addition of a public plaza that will extend to Avenue of the Stars. The project is planned near a future stop along the Purple Line subway, making the area appealing to pedestrians. The redevelopment will include refurbishing the hotel, and adding 63 residences.

Twining provided vibration monitoring services during the demolition of an existing pedestrian bridge, drilling caissons and mass excavation phase for the towers, as well as material testing and inspections during the renovation of the hotel.
